This is a homemade Mint that's used to try and mimic that Chiclet Mint gum flavor. Its made with mint, citrus and marshmallow extracts to try and duplicate that candy coating aftertaste. MCI part is because in the Vietnam era this type of ration had this type of gum in these rations to help soldiers with moral and dental hygiene.
